The NCSC24 exhibit hall will be open July 1-2, 2024 in Boston, MA at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel.

Exhibit Hall Activities and Hours

MONDAY, JULY 1 | 10:00 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.

Special Activities and Exclusive time in the Exhibit Hall:
10:00 a.m. — 10:45 a.m. Coffee and Networking
12:00 p.m. — 1:30 p.m. Lunch and Explore the Exhibit
4:30 p.m. — 5:30 p.m. Happy Hour

TUESDAY, JULY 2 | 9:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m.

Special Activities:
10:00 a.m. — 10:45 a.m. Coffee and Networking
Exclusive time in the Exhibit Hall:
12:00 p.m. — 1:30 p.m. Lunch and Explore the Exhibit

Should Exhibit Management find it necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible. Times are subject to change.

Setup

All exhibits must be fully installed by 9:00 a.m., Monday, July 1. Display space will be available for setup in the BCEC:

Sunday, June 30: 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Monday, July 1: 7:00 a.m. — 9:00 a.m.

Dismantle

Exhibits must remain in place until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees.

Dismantle will occur:

Tuesday, July 2: 2:00 — 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, July 3: 8:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Registration Hours

Sunday June 30: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Monday July 1: 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday July 2: 7:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
