Solution Sessions

Participate in this dedicated time as a featured solutions provider, and drive attendees to your services and the resources you offer. Monday and Tuesday will each feature two time slots for 20-minute, exhibitor-driven Solution Sessions.

Note: Exhibitors who purchase this option must submit a topic description for review and approval at a later date. Presentations should not be sales pitches, and must be educational in nature and directly applicable to attendee needs. Ideally the sessions will be presented by or co-presented with an educator customer for the most compelling content.

Take advantage of prime exposure for your message in high-traffic lobbies in the Austin Convention Center by purchasing a 4-second or 8-second digital advertisement. Advertisements may be static images or video, and will play continuously throughout the 4-day event promising non-stop visibility in attendee hotspots.

Floor Clings

Grab attention as attendees browse the exhibit hall or move between conference activities. New this year, you can highlight your company with customizable 3' x 3' floor clings inside the exhibit hall at major cross aisles, or outside the hall in public space. Cross aisles are limited to the aisle of your company's booth location. Clings in public space will be placed immediately outside the exhibit hall entrance.

Registration Bag Inserts

Place a promotional piece in thousands of registration bags at the conference. Think outside the box with an attention-getting giveaway like branded lip balm, stress balls or gift cards. Rent the NCSC attendee mail list to invite attendees to your booth or send a thank you post conference to solidify connections! List contains postal addresses only; email addresses are not included. List use is limited to one time only per list rental.
