The NCSC27 exhibit hall will be open June 29–30, 2027 in Columbus, Ohio at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel.

Exhibit Hall Activities and Hours

Tuesday, June 29 | 9:45 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Wednesday, June 30 | 9:30 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Should Exhibit Management find it necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible. Times are subject to change.

Setup

All exhibits must be fully installed by 9:00 a.m., Tuesday June 29. Display space will be available for setup in the Greater Columbus Convention Center:

Monday, June 28: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 29: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.

Dismantle

Exhibits must remain in place until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 30, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees.

Dismantle will occur:

Wednesday, June 30: 2:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Registration Hours

Monday, June 28: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 29: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 30: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
