The conversation will surface how leaders navigate different contexts, from authentic connection with teachers to strategic code‑switching with boards and funders, while maintaining integrity. The session will also focus on sustaining oneself as a leader, including re‑energizing purpose and building longevity, and will challenge participants to extend their leadership beyond their organizations through service, governance, and national influence.
