Dr. Miller holds an Ed.D in Executive Leadership and has 24+ years in the Urban Public Education system; specializing in school redesign and reform, creating effective change for schools through collaborative missions, visions, teamwork and deep dives into DEI. Dr. Miller was successful at Green Tech Charter School for 11 school years with stellar results, more than doubling the graduation rates recognized by the State of New York for Black males, upwards of 95%. Currently he is the CEO of Charter Champions, an organization designed to improve the educator pipeline, which focuses on educators of color. His first book is called Cyberbullying: Breaking the Cycle of Conflict the second one is We Need to Do Better: Changing the Mindset of Children through Family, Community, and Education. Most recently he released We Need to Do Better 2.0: Teachers Guide. The three books aim at taking an action-based approach to breaking negative cycles within the urban community, in order to improve the quality of life for children. His most recent upcoming book is called from the Gutter to Greatness: 21 Day Challenge to becoming an Unstoppable Black Man. Recently, Dr. Millers efforts were recognized by the President of the United States and the CBC African and Caribbean International Leadership Conference receiving a "Presidents Life Time Achievement Award".
