Building the Ultimate Fiscal Dashboard TOGETHER
Building the Ultimate Fiscal Dashboard TOGETHER
,
BCEC, Meeting Room 204A
The stakes of operating a fiscally healthy charter school/network are consistently getting higher. Key metrics, rules of thumb, and knowing whether these figures fall within a healthy range can support leaders and board members in assessing financial performance and—more importantly—making informed decisions. Satisfying what's required and desired by multiple stakeholders must also be considered, as authorizers, lenders, funders, auditors, boards, management, and others have varying requests and requirements. Attend this session if you'd like to view examples of powerful dashboards and hear how they help leaders manage their school/network and satisfy their stakeholders. Join this session to help build the ultimate dashboard by bringing your favorite key metrics/dashboards and sharing why they strengthen your ability to manage finances responsibly.
