Nick DeLena has more than 20 years of experience providing IT compliance and cybersecurity expertise to clients. Nick’s experience includes over 10 years leading IT audit and advisory teams. He has worked with organizations across a variety of industries to assess and improve internal controls, cybersecurity and IT compliance efforts. Additionally, Nick has over seven years of experience as an IT Operations Manager for an international publicly traded midcap company. He also has significant experience working with defense contractors and advising them on NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance. PKFOD is a cleared C3PAO for defense contractor CMMC assessments. Nick understands firsthand the concerns and constraints that organizations face when managing their IT departments. His experience enables him to make recommendations that are realistic and feasible to implement. Nick is a frequent contributor to industry and trade publications on topics such as cybersecurity, third-party risk and regulatory compliance, among others.

Egged on by his entrepreneurial spirit, Sachin founded Charter Technology Solutions (CTS) in 2010. Prior to founding CTS, he put in a 10-year stint on Wall Street where he went on to become a Vice President in Compliance Technology. One of the reasons Sachin founded CTS was because of his dedication to education, and his realization that the IT experience needed to be integrated within schools whose smaller budgets were always going to be an obstacle. Today, CTS is an IT Solutions provider that partners with mission-based organizations – mainly K-12 schools and nonprofits. Sachin’s deep-rooted value of persevering through adversity and a commitment to working as hard as it takes to achieve his goals, is reflected within the company he has built. CTS’ commitment to hard work, value-consciousness, innovation, automation, and most of all - a rich and consistent customer experience, shines through each employee. Sachin holds Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Bryan Lukralle is a 15 year veteran of multiple hyper-growth IT Services providers, and has expertise in building programs focused on best-in-class client experiences. As VP of Client Strategy at CTS, he’s responsible for leading the company’s teams who deliver Strategic Planning, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, and new Product Innovation to its growing base of clients. Bryan oversaw the development of CTS’ Cybersecurity program which has been extremely impactful with their base of clients in the Charter School space.
