Transforming Schools With an 80/20 Focus: Leveraging Outcomes-Based Management to Drive Change
Transforming Schools With an 80/20 Focus: Leveraging Outcomes-Based Management to Drive Change
,
BCEC, Meeting Room 253AB
Every school leader can make transformational change by using a clear 80/20 focus for all aspects of leadership. But how do leaders select a high-leverage focus that is truly transformational? In this session, Accelerate Institute will share the process for identifying your school’s 80/20 focus for the upcoming year, as well as how using outcomes-based management can keep leaders and their staff laser-focused on what is important. Utilizing a case study of an Accelerate Institute leader, participants will hear the steps that are needed, and be able to apply it to their own school’s strategic plan for the upcoming school year.
