The 2022 National Charter Schools Conference exhibit hall will be open June 20-21, 2022, in Washington, D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel.

Should Exhibit Management find it necessary to alter exhibit hours in the best interest of the conference, exhibitors will receive as much advance notice as possible. Times are subject to change.

Exhibit Hall Activities and Hours

MONDAY, JUNE 20 | 10:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m.

Special Activities and Exclusive time in the Exhibit Hall:
10:00 a.m. — 10:45 a.m. Coffee and Networking
12:00 p.m. — 1:30 p.m. Lunch and Explore the Exhibit
4:30 p.m. — 5:30 p.m. Happy Hour

TUESDAY, JUNE 21 | 10:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m.

Special Activities:
10:00 a.m. — 10:45 a.m. Coffee and Networking
Exclusive time in the Exhibit Hall:

Setup

All exhibits must be fully installed by 9:00 a.m., Monday, June 20. Display space will be available for setup in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center:

Sunday, June 19: 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Monday, June 20: 8:00 a.m. — 9:00 a.m.

Dismantle

Exhibits must remain in place until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 21, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees.

Dismantle will occur:

Tuesday, June 21: 2:00 — 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 22: 8:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Registration Hours

Sunday June 19: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Monday June 20: 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday June 21: 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
